Joyce was born on Long Island, New York. A product of an East Coast and West Coast education, she declares a love of both Coasts. A business woman, voracious reader and writer; her poetry and stories have appeared in various publications over the years. She lives in California with her husband and their Siberian husky.

Currently Joyce is working on the second book in The Triad Series: Evil in the Corners; editing the first book: Danger in Tahiti, and rewriting a collection of short stories. She recently started writing on another novel The Darkness of Angels.
